Rubber timing belts – Synchroforce

The Conti Synchroforce program is available in following versions:

Synchroforce: A standard performance belt made in EPDM. The belt has a fiber glass cord and can work in speeds up to 50 m/s. Available in both inch and metric profiles.

Synchroforce Advance: A strong and flexible belt made in EPDM. The belt has a fiber glass cord and can work in speeds up to 50 m/s. Available in profiles: HTD 3M, 5M, 8M and 14M. STD S8M.

Synchroforce Advance Pro: A belt for high torques made in reinforced EPDM material. The belt has a cord made in Aramid and is designed for very high torques at lower speeds (25m/s). Available in profiles: HTD 8M and 14M. STD S8M

Extreme: A powerful belt for high temperatures and rough environments in HNBR-rubber with K-glass cord. High resistance against oils and withstands temperatures up to 130°C. Available in profiles: HTD 8M and 14M. STD S8M (on request). CTD C8M and C14M (on request). Carbon: A powerful belt for high temperatures and rough environments in HNBR-rubber. The belt has a carbon fiber cord and can work in speeds up to 60m/s. High resistance against oils and withstands temperatures up to 130°C. Available in profiles: HTD 8M. STD S8M (on request). CTD C8M (on request).
