Wippermann Marathon
Maintenance free roller chain due to its self-lubricating sintered bushing and nickel-plated side washers. Often gives 5 times longer life than a manually lubricated chain and 30 times longer life than an unlubricated chain.

Areas of use: Dusty environments where the Marathon chain’s extended sleeves prevent particles from entering the joint and binding to the lubricant.
Where you can’t, don’t want or aren’t allowed to lubricate.
Temperature range: 0°C to +100°C.
With special lubrication -30°C to +250°C after consultation with technicians.
Available in sizes 06B1-24B3, 08A1-20A3, DIN 8187/DIN 8188 and with straight side washers.

Triathlon
Roller chain with surface treated pins and polymer bushings.

Areas of use: Maintenance-free at speeds up to 2.5 m/s.
Designed for especially difficult environments.
Extra high working temperature with temperature range -30°C to +200°C.
Available in sizes 08B1-24B3, DIN 8187.
Also available in version KS with surface-treated side washers for corrosion resistance.
