Gear assembly

In our gear assembly we can build different sizes of gears, also with the possibility for urgent deliveries from day to day. If you have a breakdown in your production, this could be a favorable opportunity for you not to lose valuable production time.

We assemble gears mainly from Motovario and Innomotics (a Siemens company), but are also able to support you with other brands.

We are certified Motovario Assembly Center (MAC), capable of building Motovario helical gearboxes type H+HA, bevel helical gearboxes type B+BA, shaft mounted gearboxes type S and planetary gearboxes type HPL with shafts up to Ø100.

We are also capable of building gearboxes from Innomotics (a Siemens company), called Simogear or MOVES! SG including following types: Helical gearboxes type D/Z 19-89, shaft mounted gearboxes type FZ/FD 29-89 and bevel helical gearboxes type B19-49 and K39-89 with torque from 100-1800Nm.

We offer spare parts, service and repairs of all sizes 19-189, except ATEX/EX. We also offer spare parts, service and repair of older types MOTOX CLP (size 10-200) and MOTOX-N (size 18-208).
